the Italian decree law 196/2003 in matter of protection of the
personal data of those who interacts with the web services. This
notice is only given about the web site named www.rimatex.it and not
for the other sites which can be consulted by the users through link.

Following up to the consultation of our web site it could be treated
the personal data concerning the identified or identifiable persons.

The treatments connected to our web site services are realized in
the head office of Rimatex company and made by the employees or
associates of RIMATEX S.R.L., which are charged of the treatment, or
from other people charged of maintenance. No data coming from our
service web are diffused. The personal data supplied by the
customers who contacts our service treated only at the purposes of
our service or for the actions needed by the relevant users and can
be given to other people only in case that it is necessary to such
purposes

During their operations our computer software and systems can

purposes, but it could allow identifying the users, in combination

on our site involve the keeping of the address and other relevant
data of the senders, in order to answer them. As regards this matter
the relevant notices will be shown on our web site pages for special
service on demand. In any case all users are requested do not show
the address or the personal data of other people if not strictly

No personal data of the users is kept on our web site at this
purpose. It does not made use of cookies for the transmission of
personal data, neither c.d cookies nor systems to find the user
data. The use of cookies during the session (than does not kept in
persistent memory on the computer and vanishes with the closing of
the browser) is strictly limited at the transmission of the session
data (through casual numbers given by the server) in order to allow
the safe and valid visit of our web site. The session cookies used
in our web site avoid the concourse of other computer programs which
can be dangerous for the privacy of the users and don’t permit to

obtain the confirmation of the existence or less of the same data
and to know of the content and the origin, to verify of the
exactitude, or to ask of integration, or kept up to date, or
rectification, as per the 7th paragraph of the Italian decree law n.
196/2003. According to of the same law the users have the right to
ask the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous shape or the
block of the data which have been acquired in violation of the law,
and in any case to oppose to their treatment, for legitimate reasons.
In all these case the users must ask the relevant actions to RIMATEX
S.R.L.. We inform that, in order to supply a complete service our
web site contains link to other web sites, not managed by us.
Therefore RIMATEX is not responsible of errors, contents, cookies,
banns of illicit content, publicity, banner or files which are not
corresponding to the current law dispositions and for the violation
of the Privacy norms by the web sites which are not managed by
